Andrew M. Fraser - Founder & CEO

Since founding Fraser Project Management in 2011, Andy has managed a diverse range of ground up and interior projects to meet project goals for aesthetics, functionality, budget, schedule and quality.

Founding Principal, Commodore Builders, Newton MA

Andy played a leading role in shaping Commodore’s growth and direction. As leader of the Corporate and Commercial Projects Group, he grew the group from $2M to nearly $70M in less han six years.

Andy worked as a project executive, leading several ground-up multi-million dollar projects

Turner Construction

Andy finished his long career with Turner in the Special Projects Division as Operations Manager. He played a key role in forming and growing this group to the force it is today. From his time in the Cincinnati office to his leadership of key ground-up projects, through his role in SPD, Andy formed numerous long-term relationships that still rely on his expertise, fairness, and straightforward style today.

Andy holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Clarkson University, Potsdam NY.

Jordan Dewey - Senior Project Manager

Jordan joins FPM after spending almost a decade in the commercial interior sub-contracting industry. As an estimator/supply chain specialist, Jordan gained invaluable expertise in the commercial interiors world, core shell and exterior façade.

Beginning his commercial construction career at Tightline Construction a drywall contractor Jordan was responsible for estimating and procuring several large interior steel stud projects. He worked on a substantial residential neighborhood rebuilding project with Gilbane and Columbia Gas. Working with Arch Street Glass he held multiple roles and responsibilities throughout his time and was an integral part of the company almost tripling in size from 2019 thru 2024. Notable projects include multiple floors of office fronts, and specialty glazing at Sanofi in Cambridge, MA and Mass Mutual Insurance companies in the Seaport district of Boston. Additionally, he held business development responsibilities, specifically managing G.C. relationships, and built a strong rapport for Arch Street Glass as a trusted glazing sub-contractor. Jordan’s technical knowledge of interior office space, estimating skills, and project management experience provides valuable insight for clients navigating the construction process. Jordan’s experience with procuring projects allows FPM to focus on their clients construction schedule and ensure timelines are accurate and achievable from inception. Creating accountability from the Owner to the Contractor is the focus and allows all parties to succeed collaboratively.

Jordan brings an international component to FPM originally from Canada and currently living in the Montreal area. With a working office setup internationally, FPM is able to service clients throughout North America with boots on the ground and relevant market experience.

Jordan earned his bachelor’s degree at St Lawrence University while playing hockey on the Varsity Team. He has continued to stay involved with the game of hockey as a volunteer assistant coach with the local high school hockey team.
