Fraser Project Management was hired the summer of 2014 to begin preconstruction on this 45,000 sf relocation project for one of Boston's most prestigious law firms. Hemenway & Barnes was an original tenant at 60 State Street and moved on Labor Day Weekend of 2015 to one and a half floors at 75 State Street.

 

The project included a spacious Reception area and state of the art conference rooms integrated with audio visual systems. A Multi Purpose Room also serves as the firms main Café area with a Skyfold partition. The project was completed ahead of schedule and under budget.
