Fraser Project Management provided complete project management services for two prestigious law firms in 2015
Sidley Austin and Hemenway & Barnes both moved their offices in September 2015, on schedule and on budget. Sidley Austin moved from the 34th floor to a full floor build out on the 36th floor at 60 State Street in late September and Hemenway & Barnes moved in to 43,000 sf at 75 State Street on Labor Day Weekend.

Christian Book Distributors Hires Fraser Project Management
Christian Book Distributors (CBD) of Peabody, a world wide distributor of Christian products, has hired FPM to manage their upcoming 70k sf warehouse expansion to their headquarters and distribution center.The new warehouse will be built at their current site in Peabody and be connected to the existing 20 year old facility. The project will consist of 40' high precast wall panels and "super flat floors" for the racking system required to store the many items CBD distributes. The project is scheduled for a September 2016 completion.

Wayfair expands in Maine
FPM is working with Wayfair to open a new 35,000 sf call center at the former LL Bean call center in Bangor. The existing call center will be fully renovated and operational for Wayfair summer 2016. FPM is also managing a new 40,000 sf business office for Wayfair in Brunswick; this project is also slated for occupancy summer 2016.
