Fraser Project Management was a proud sponsor of the Tunnel to Towers Foundation cigar night event last Fall at the Old Daley Inn on Crooked Lake in upstate New York.
The well attended event included many local police and firefighters and raised over $90,000 for the Foundation.
Fraser Project Management planned and managed the hoisting and installation of two (2)-one ton conference room tables at 200 Berkeley Street early on a sleepy Saturday morning in downtown Boston. This was a very tactical "project within a project" and the primary Subcontractor engaged by FPM was Colonial Systems. The very unique tables were manufactured in Bali, air freighted to Boston and prepped in Tewksbury for hoisting thru a 19th floor window at 200 Berkeley Street. The crane was set up at 6 am and dismantled by noon after the tables were secured in this recently renovated premier Class A office space.

Fraser Project Management Completes Christian Book Distributors 70,000 sf
Christian Book Distributors (CBD), headquartered in Peabody, MA, need to expand their warehousing capabilities. Working with SMMA. a 70,000 sf addition was added to their existing a 300,000-square-foot headquarters that includes offices and existing warehouse space. Dacon Corporation was hired to for the project due to their experience building structures requiring super flat surfaces and prefabricated wall panels.
CBD engaged Fraser Project Management to oversee their interests, allowing CBD to focus on and conduct their daily business during the construction process.
The project took 6 months to complete and came in under budget, thanks to the hard work of all involved.

The Clearway School Relocation Project was a 12,000 sf project for a a small, private school in eastern Massachusetts where students with learning disabilities achieve academic and personal success. The project was completed on schedule in 3 months and was also completed on budget.
