Hamilton, MA - Located in historic Hamilton, renovations to the 3,500 square foot Hamilton branch occurred in two phases. Throughout construction, the bank remained occupied and fully operational. Each phase was completed in three weeks and required a weekend change-over. Phase One consisted of demolition and installation of new millwork, glass throughout and a new teller line. To ensure the bank was one hundred percent operational, Commodore installed a temporary teller line while construction of the permanent teller line was underway. Phase Two commenced immediately following completion of Phase One. The temporary teller line was removed and the build-out of the new offices, kitchen and conference space then took place. New floor underlayment was installed throughout and special floor reinforcement was added underneath the new vault.
