A three floor, three phased 75,000 SF renovation and high-end tenant fit-out project. The scope of work included two interconnecting stairs, a new server room, cafeteria and reception area.

 

Fiduciary Trust Company

175 Federal Street, 15th, 16th & 17th Floors, Boston, MA

 

A three-floor, phased renovation of 45,000 SF. The scope of work included a new data center, MEP systems, new offices, millwork, refurbishing an interconnecting stair, paint and carpet.

 

Neighborhood Health Plan

263 Summer Street, Floors 3, 4 & 5, Boston, MA

Neighborhood Health Plan was a phased, occupied renovation of three floors totaling 80,000 SF. The design included new millwork, offices, MEP systems, paint and carpet. The total contract value was $4.5 million and the project was completed August 1, 2008.

 

Northwestern Mutual Financial Network

One Beacon Street, 25th Floor, Boston, MA

The space was designed to accommodate the densely populated office with perimeter offices consisting of full-height mahogany doors and glass sidelights. The focal point of the space is the entry and the conference rooms, which include custom millwork reception desk and credenzas, stone flooring and full-height glazing.  The office area includes full height office doors and side glass, millwork file cabinet surrounds, a tiled bathroom, lunch room and training room.

ACE Insurance

33 Arch Street, Boston, MA

This project was a 20,000 SF tenant improvement renovation project at 33 Arch Street. The project was completed in July of 2007 in 11 weeks and below budget. The project consisted of high-end finishes throughout, including stone floor in the reception area, state-of-the-art conference rooms and a server room with 24 hour backup cooling. Supplemental steel was also required to reinforce the filing area.

Prince, Lobel, Glovsky & Tye

53 State Street, Boston, MA

This high end 45,000 SF law firm tenant fit-out is located on the 21st and 22nd floors of the Saltonstall Building at 100 Cambridge Street. A unique feature in this space is the new communicating stair connecting the 21st and 22nd floors. The space includes a fitness center and a new computer server room. 

 

Creative Financial Staffing

Boston, MA

An intricate 8,000 SF tenant fit-up situated in the midst of a larger adjacent tenant located at One Beacon Street. The amount of scheduling and coordination required for this client was greater than normal as the adjacent tenant occupies the balance of the floor on which CFS is situated, as well as the floors above and below, and are renovating their offices concurrently with the build-out of CFS. The project was completed in 8 weeks and included a new glass entry, millwork reception desk and feature wall, new full-service kitchen, state of the art training rooms and conference rooms.
