Fraser Project Management was asked to partner with Big Bark Solutions and manage the preconstruction and build-out of this 60,000 sf relocation for a large insurance provider.

 

This competitively budgeted $3 million project was completed in 10 weeks in Q2 of 2013.

 

The project included a new reception area, server room, café, workstations, private offices and conference rooms on one of the low-rise floors at a prestigious Boston address.
