$100 million construction of a thirty-five story, 800,000 SF downtown office high-rise which included five floors of underground parking. This twenty-eight month project was completed in 1992 and consisted of complete core shell work, exterior stone façade imported from Finland, and a finished main lobby comprised of seven different Italian marble and granite stones.
