Fraser Project Management managed the 11,000 sf renovation of the 13th floor at One Liberty Square, Boston for one of Boston’s premier private equity firms during Q2 of 2012 then was engaged to manage the 9,000 sf relocation project from the 4th floor to the 12th floor in Q2 of 2013.

 

The 13th floor project was a phased renovation project which included all new finishes and lighting to private offices and administrative areas while the firm remained 100% operational. The project was completed seamlessly, on an eight (8) week schedule and on budget.

 

The 12th floor project was a completely new renovation project whose intent was to integrate the traditional look of the firm on the 13th floor with new collaborative spaces and finishes. The 12-week project was occupied during the originally targeted June 1 weekend and included new state of the art conference rooms with teleconference and audio visual capabilities, new and reconditioned furniture and a new Server Room.
