Fraser Project Management assembled the team to complete this 109,000/three (3) floor fast-track renovation project in December 2014. The client's need to relocate by year's end, required this project to have an aggressive schedule and was completed on schedule in just 14 weeks.

 

The project team worked effectively to meet the schedule and also meet a budget of $24/sf hard construction costs in this exclusive Waltham location. The new space includes open office space, executive offices, a café and gameroom, reception area and conference rooms throughout.
