FPM managed the recently completed 17k SF project
for Morgan Brown & Joy downtown Boston
The project was completed on schedule and below budget. The team consisted of General Contractor Garland Building Company, Architect Visnick & Caufield Associates, & Broker Newmark
This project included new reception area, multiple conference rooms varying in size and function, a private cafe and dining area, as well as glass office fronts including dual glazed locations to increase privacy and limit sound transmission.
